Early Access (Please Read First)

What does Early Access mean?

• Early Access means AI-powered Invoice Processing is fully functional, and we’re opening it up to anyone interested in trying it out (and giving us some feedback) before we release it more widely.
• We’ll give you the help and resources you need to use it, but there will almost certainly be a few bugs and bumps (nothing critical, just minor annoyances). If you spot or hit one, be sure to let us know so we can deal with it.
• There’s a couple of areas we’re still enhancing, like letting you know when the price of a specific stock item has increased so you can be really close to your COGs and Gross Profit tracking.

• If you send or upload an invoice, and it didn’t work or Loaded didn’t pick up some of the information, e.g. the Quantity Received values on the invoice weren’t picked up, or the Invoice Total cost wasn’t pulled through, send the invoice and a description of what didn’t work to [email protected].
