Early Access (Please Read First)
What does Early Access mean?
- Early Access means Availability for Roster Management is fully functional, and we’re opening it up to anyone interested in trying it out (and giving us some feedback).
- We’ll give you the help and resources you need to use Availability for Roster Management, but there will almost certainly be a few bugs and bumps (nothing critical, just minor annoyances). If you spot or hit one, be sure to let us know so we can deal with it.

Overview
With Loaded’s Availability for Roster Management, you’ll have real-time access to staff availability, feel in control of when your staff can work and can create rosters without the hassle of checking availability in a bunch of different places.
Availability is the first feature to be released as part of Loaded’s wider Leave and Availability feature set.
What’s coming next?
- Staff members will be able to enter their Availability requests directly via our upcoming Team App, kicking off the approval workflow for Managers
- Building on the Availability for Rosters feature, we will be introducing Leave for Roster Management. This will include Leave requests like Annual Leave, Sick Leave etc.
