With Loaded’s Availability for Roster Management, you’ll have real-time access to staff availability, feel in control of when your staff can work and can create rosters without the hassle of checking availability in a bunch of different places.

Availability is the first feature to be released as part of Loaded’s wider Leave and Availability feature set.

How do I get started?


  1. Check your staff member set-up: You need to have your workforce - roles & staff members - set up in Loaded to use Roster Availability. Our support article on How to add, edit & deactivate staff members will give you the details you need.

  2. User Permissions: You need to have “Manager” and “Time” permissions to use Roster Unavailability.
